To make sure owners are adhering to all rules, including the number of dogs on the field, spot checks will be conducted. Anyone who violates the rules will be asked to leave, and you won't be able to make another reservation.
Owners have to stay inside the allotted session time. You have five minutes before the end of the time scheduled to carefully gather up your dog(s), load them into your car, and leave the area so as not to interfere with the next reservation.
Outside, owners are required to wait in the designated waiting area in front of the main gate if they arrive early and are not permitted to park on the road in front.
It is strictly one in and one out.
On the other hand, owners must not arrive too early for their scheduled session. This is going to be disruptive and will make it impossible for everyone inside the field to safely exit.
Please wait in the designated waiting area in front of the main gate and remain in your car until the session before you have departed.
Upon entering Weston Dog Adventures please make sure the main gate is opened inwards and closed behind you after parking in the front yard and before removing your dog(s). The code to the gate will be sent to you on the booking confirmation, Lock codes should only be used by you; owners should not exchange them.
This is to protect everyone.
Parking is not permitted on the grass.
It is also advised that owners lock themselves in during their scheduled session for further security.
All dogs must be safely placed back in their owner's vehicle when they leave. In preparation for the next scheduled session, the gate must be closed and locked. It cannot be left open. The carpark has only one entrance and exit, and that is from the main road. Owners will see an additional internal gate leading to the fields once they enter the yard.
To keep the field clean and sanitary for everyone to use, all owners are required to pick up any dog waste. There are dog waste bins and poo bags available on the property. This is solely for dog excrement. The owner is required to remove any extra litter. At the end of each session, the owner is responsible for removing all toys.
It is the owner's responsibility to make sure the field is appropriate for their particular dog(s). Although the field is safe and secure, it must be understood that it is not a jail. The field won't be safe for your dog to use if you believe they will try to dig their way out, leap or climb the fencing. Please try and halt any dogs that are actively digging in the field. To guarantee the field's safety, any holes, digging, or damage must be notified right away.
